A paralegal with four decades of experience in the banking and commercial real estate sectors, Pamela Raymond supports Gallagher’s Renewable Energy and Commercial Real Estate practice groups.

Pamela’s more than 20 years of experience in the commercial title industry and her prior experience in various commercial lending capacities at what is now Bank of America enable her to adeptly draft title and related loan documentation, abstract commercial leases, and provide title analysis to best serve clients. She has been a licensed Title Insurance Producer and a Sr. Commercial Underwriter in the State of Maryland and is well versed in all aspects of commercial title review and title policies.

In addition to completing the legal studies and business paralegal programs at Stevenson University, Pamela completed music theory and voice classes at The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University and studied the piano in private lessons.

Beyond Gallagher

When she is not assisting attorneys and clients, Pamela enjoys reading, cooking, music, NFL football, weight lifting, and swimming. She has performed on stage in musicals, soloed with bands and church choirs, and is a former member of Baltimore’s Meyerhoff Symphony Chorus.
