Leveraging more than 15 years of legal and real estate experience across the private and public sectors, Kate Webster works with Gallagher’s investor clients to review corporate and real estate documentation and navigate the complex tax credit landscape to develop affordable housing communities.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Kate provided end-to-end support for managing real estate transactions at a law firm where she was responsible for all aspects of the closing process including title review, document preparation, and maintaining escrow accounts.
Beyond Gallagher
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and beloved golden retrievers, cheering on local sports teams, reading, traveling, and live music.
