Jennifer Rohr is an experienced tax credit attorney who structures and closes low-income housing and historic tax credit transactions. Her clients include syndicators, investors, and developers.
Jennifer’s knowledge of nonprofit, partnership, and federal tax law helps her guide clients through complex transactions. She also has experience in education and health care law.
Prior to initially joining Gallagher, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Frederick Motz of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and practiced at a large law firm in Baltimore. Jennifer subsequently worked as an assistant counsel at The Rockefeller University in New York before rejoining the firm.
