Jennifer Rohr joins as Counsel in the Tax Practice, with a focus on structuring and closing low-income housing and historic tax credit transactions. Jennifer’s knowledge of nonprofit, partnership, and federal tax law helps her guide clients through complex transactions.
Elisa Walker joins as Counsel in the Tax practice, leveraging her deep knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code to help clients navigate the complex and ever evolving tax landscape. Elisa advises on designing tax-efficient legal structures, negotiating and drafting transactional tax agreements, navigating the purchase and sale of tax credits, and a range of tax controversy matters.
Joseph DuChane joins as an Associate in the Business Transactions practice, supporting clients across industries on a broad range of business transactions and corporate compliance matters. Joe drafts agreements, resolutions, filings, and other documentation in support of transactions, counsels clients on corporate governance to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, and reviews internal and external agreements.
