Gallagher is serving as the legal advisor to Brightview Senior Living, a leading developer and operator of senior living communities, on its forthcoming project Brightview East Brunswick in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
Once completed, this community will span more 207,000 square feet across 6.5 acres and include 175 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, three resident courtyards, and amenities such as a theatre, art studio, and cafe. The East Brunswick community, which broke ground earlier this year, will be Brightview’s 12th location in New Jersey upon its expected opening in mid-2028.
The Gallagher team advising Brightview Senior Living on the development, construction, financing, leasing, and management of the project was led by Adam Block and Emily Johnson with support from Matt Oakey and Diane McCarthy.
