That’s the question our ten-week summer program is designed to answer. Summer associates are teammates from day one. You will learn what the private practice of law is all about. Whenever possible, you will be invited to see your work in action at hearings, closings, and client meetings. You will have meaningful assignments in multiple practice areas in a feedback-rich setting.

Throughout the summer, we show our commitment to Baltimore through sharing the city’s best offerings. Our 2025 program included Orioles games, tours of clients’ real estate projects, happy hours at breweries, and community service events.
