Carrie Webster incorporates her more than 15 years of paralegal experience to support Gallagher’s litigation practice, focusing on medical malpractice defense.

Skilled in handling multifaceted caseloads, Carrie supports litigators in negligence cases by managing the procurement and chronologizing of medical records, locating and retaining expert witnesses, coordinating discovery, conducting medico-legal research and the meticulous organization of case files. She frequently acts as a liaison between clients, providers, and legal advisors, helping to provide clarity, expert opinions, and case strategy.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Carrie provided litigation support as a senior paralegal for an Annapolis-based medical malpractice defense firm for 7 years. She also previously served as an immigration paralegal at a leading Washington, D.C. firm, preparing filings, client interviews, and ensuring compliance with complex rules and evolving guidelines, with a focus on L1 and L2 visa processing. Carrie began her career with a state-funded public health facility, assisting in the mitigation of legal risks by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Beyond Gallagher

Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and her three sons. An avid fan of her hometown teams, the Ravens and Orioles, she loves attending games as often as possible. Carrie also enjoys cooking, trips to the movie theater, and travelling.
