Leveraging her background at the intersection of finance and law, Celine Esmeir advises developers, investors, and property managers on a broad range of real estate projects.
Celine’s experience includes real estate acquisitions, development, financings, leasing, and dispositions. She also regularly assists with negotiating property management agreements, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, and consulting on general corporate matters such as the formation and organization of business entities.
While in law school, Celine served as the Managing Editor for the Maryland Law Review and worked with startup companies and local businesses as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. She was the recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award for her exceptional achievements and service to the law school, the Maryland Law Scholars Award, and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Business Associations and Real Estate Negotiations and Drafting. During her time at the University of Georgia, Celine was an active member of the Student Managed Investment Fund and Women in Finance. Prior to joining Gallagher, Celine was a Law Fellow at AARP and a summer associate with the firm.
Celine was recognized by Baltimore Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Real Estate in 2026.
