Cynthia Eyler has nearly 30 years of experience supporting diverse practices including complex civil and creditors’ rights litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, guardianships, debt collections, and real property tax assessment appeals and tax exemptions.
In her role, Cyndi assists Gallagher’s litigators and clients with complex civil matters at all stages of litigation, including document drafting, filing, discovery, legal authority review and legal research, cite checking of briefs, trial preparation, and aiding with depositions, court hearings, and trials. She also helps Gallagher’s clients and attorneys navigate real property tax assessment appeals, tax exemption matters, and related needs in various jurisdictions. Outside of her core responsibilities, Cyndi serves Gallagher’s pro bono clients by working directly with the community members in various areas, including general litigation and Chapter 7 debtor bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Cyndi began her paralegal career working with a general practice law firm in Wilmington, Delaware, where she gained valuable experience in civil litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, family law, estate administration, debt collections, and personal injury law.
Beyond Gallagher
Cyndi enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and furbabies, visiting the Eastern Shore, going to concerts, and attending her favorite sports teams’ games with family and friends.
