Leveraging her nearly four decades of experience in the legal field, Gina O’Mara supports Gallagher’s property management clients as a paralegal in the Multifamily Residential practice group.
Focusing on communities across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., she supports companies by organizing cases, preparing documents, and facilitating communication between management, experts, and third-party vendors to meet the fast-paced requirements of those dockets. Over the course of her career, Gina has collaborated with litigators across many practice areas including bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, medical malpractice, commercial debt collections, and construction litigation, gaining broad experience.
Gina began her career as a legal administrative assistant and has grown alongside the legal industry itself—transitioning from typewriters to computers, from paper filings to statewide e-filing systems, and from traditional administrative support to the increasingly technical and integrated demands of modern litigation. She is completing her paralegal studies degree at Stevenson University, formalizing the academic foundation that complements her decades of hands-on experience.
In addition to her work within the firm, Gina has supported Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) matters, assisting with expungements and other pro bono legal issues to help expand access to justice in the community.
