Jessica Weston has focused on tax credit transactions and investments, affordable housing, and general real estate and taxation matters for over twenty years. In her career, she has represented an array of developers, investors, and syndicators in transactions across the country utilizing federal low-income housing tax credits, federal historic tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, and a variety of state credits. She works with clients at all stages of tax credit investments, including exits and dispositions. She also has substantial experience with the taxation of pass-through entities and real estate acquisitions and financing.
Jessica prides herself on thinking strategically and working proactively to solve problems on behalf of her clients, and takes a collaborative approach to addressing the challenges and complexity of tax credit transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Waldman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jessica was recognized by Baltimore Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Tax Law in 2026.
