Joseph (Joe) DuChane supports clients across industries on a broad range of business transactions and corporate compliance matters.
In his role with Gallagher’s Business Transactions practice, Joe regularly drafts agreements, resolutions, filings, and other documentation in support of transactions, counsels clients on corporate governance to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, and reviews internal and external agreements.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Joe was a corporate associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, D.C. advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and sports-related matters. He served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kevin Arthur of the Appellate Court of Maryland (2017) and the Honorable Pamela White of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (2017).
