As part of Gallagher’s Litigation practice, Ryan Steinberg advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including class action defenses, real estate disputes, and issues related to insurance coverage. In addition, Ryan maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration asylum proceedings and civil rights lawsuits.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Ryan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Virginia Hernandez Covington of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2024-2025) and for the Honorable Jason Park of the District of Columbia Superior Court (2023-2024). While at Georgetown University Law School, he held the roles of senior online editor for the American Criminal Law Review and treasurer for the Jewish Law Students Association
Representative Experience
- Representing the plaintiffs in Brady, et al. v. Walmart, Inc., which resulted in a multimillion-dollar verdict against Walmart with implications for corporate accountability in firearm sales.
Beyond Gallagher
Ryan and his wife enjoy exploring Baltimore and trying its many great restaurants. As a proud alum, Ryan enjoys cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
