Sara Neild leverages her background in planning, development, and land use law to support Gallagher’s Real Estate practice as a transactional paralegal. Assisting attorneys through all phases of real estate and corporate transactions, her responsibilities include reviewing titles and surveys, drafting business organization documents, and assisting with the coordination and management of the closing process. Her work supports a wide range of commercial real estate and business transactions, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency from inception through closing.

Sara is currently a part-time evening student at the University of Baltimore School of Law. This ongoing education further strengthens her ability to support attorneys and clients by applying legal research and analytical skills to transactional matters. Sara’s combined educational and professional experience enhances her ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, organization, and client service.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, with minors in Sustainability Studies, Real Estate Development, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). After graduation, she worked as an associate planner at a land use law firm, where she assisted clients with development and zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, and site design plans.

Beyond Gallagher

Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
