Teresa (Terry) Wesselman has over 25 years of experience in the legal and title industries. She supports attorneys across Gallagher’s real estate practice with multi-property acquisitions, affordable housing development, commercial real estate transactions, and loan financings at the local and national levels.
As part of her role, Terry reviews title commitments, title proformas, ALTA surveys, zoning reports, and judgment reports, prepares and files UCC and organizational documents, and drafts closing documents. She collaborates closely with attorneys, title companies, surveyors, and clients to finalize matters for closing and to coordinate post closing matters.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Terry gained valuable legal and real estate transactional experience working as a paralegal at law firms and title companies, including experience working for a national title company.
