Tyler Fultz collaborates with attorneys across Gallagher’s Litigation practice group to support clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process, with a particular concentration in fair housing-related advice and litigation. Complementing this focus, they also routinely advocate on behalf of higher education institutions as they navigate the unique challenges facing the sector.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Tyler served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan Biran of the Supreme Court of Maryland (2025-2026). While in law school, Tyler was the Executive Symposium and Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Review, Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and Vice President of OutLaw.
