Gallagher is pleased to announce that Rommel Loria has joined as Counsel in its Education and Employment practices, leveraging his litigation background and more than 15 years of tenure as a teacher and senior school leader.
Rommel draws on his legal and administrative experience to ensure that mission remains at the heart of the guidance he provides to schools, nonprofit organizations, and other entities. He pairs the insight gained from his institutional leadership roles with a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional credential (SHRM-SCP) to navigate the complex human and organizational dynamics that drive and define disputes.

Complementing his practice, Rommel has served on accreditation teams for the Association of Independent Maryland & DC Schools (AIMS) and the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), a role that provides him with a broad view of the evolving standards for organizational health and excellence.
Rommel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, his Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
